CozyWave provides Free Shipping PAN India for all products ordered on cozywave.com. Our products ship from our warehouse in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with delivery times of 3-10 business days across the country, including processing and handling.

Important Notes

• You'll receive delivery updates via call or SMS—please coordinate with the delivery person for any scheduling needs.

• Delivery personnel are not responsible for carrying heavy sofas to apartments on the 3rd floor or higher without elevator access. If the sofa doesn't fit in the stairwell or lift, it will be delivered to the ground floor only.

Disclaimer: Free shipping applies only to successful deliveries. CozyWave covers shipping costs for completed orders.

Order Editing & Cancellations

• No changes allowed after 24 hours from order placement (product enters final dispatch).

• Cancellations not permitted after 48 hours. If you cancel, reject, or the order ships beyond this window, you'll cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

CozyWave does not offer free exchanges for wrong color selections. Customers pay both-way shipping (approx. Rs 1300 to Rs 2000 one-way depends on the product you ordered ).

• Retain original packaging for returns—products won't be picked up without secure, complete wrapping.

• No packaging? Use corrugated brown paper and shrink wrap for safe return pickup.
