For CozyWave Sofas & Floor Chairs

CozyWave Floor Chairs carry a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials (excluding covers and handles). We'll repair or replace at our discretion.

What's Covered (under normal use):

  • Foam shrinkage or sagging >1 inch

  • Wear/tear or defects in metal hinges

  • Manufacturing defects in wood

What's NOT Covered:

  • Seat sagging from broken springs (due to sharp pressure)

  • Cotton fiber filling sagging

  • Metal damage from misuse/abuse

  • Fabric/foam stains, soiling, fluids, tears, burns

  • Fabric tears from misuse/abuse

  • Zippers/threads

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Hygienic/sanitary issues (warranty voided)

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email claim to

  3.  with invoice/photos.

  4. CozyWave inspects and confirms eligibility.

  5. We repair or replace (if unrepairable).

  6. Free shipping of replacement or refund as requested.

  • Products in unhygienic conditions may be denied (health/safety).

  • Max liability: Purchase price per original invoice.
